Please allow 3 to 5 business days excluding U.S. Federal Holidays for processing orders. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and USPS estimates 3 to 5 days for delivery. Shipping cost is calculated by weight and location by USPS and shipping times may vary state to state. Foreverheart is not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please verify your address at check out. Shipping fees are non-refundable for any failed delivery and customers will be required to pay an additional shipping fee for redelivery.

Because your satisfaction is important to us and we understand that each situation is different, if any purchase of Foreverheart products ever fails to meet your expectation, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, we would love to make it right.

Upon receipt of your products, we encourage you to inspect your order. If the items (s) arrived damaged and/or broken, please reach out to us and include a picture of the damaged items within 48 hours of receiving package to enable us assess the situation and send a replacement.

It is important to note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on any product once they have been delivered. All sales are final.
