Processing Time

Foreverheart Beauty products are 100% handmade. Some items are made to order to preserve its freshness. Bar Soaps are made in batches and cure (dry) for 8 weeks before it is ready for use. Processing times takes 2 to 5 business days excluding U.S. Federal Holidays. All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping

Shipping cost is calculated by weight and location, and orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) at this time. Once you receive your tracking number, please wait 24 to 48 hours for your tracking status to update.  U.S. Federal Holidays and are shipped.  

We encourage you to verify your address before checking out as Foreverheart will not be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses. Shipping fees are non-refundable for any failed delivery and customers will be required to pay an additional shipping fee for redelivery.
