Processing takes 2 to 5 business days. Bar soaps cure for 8 weeks, so those ship as soon as a batch is ready. Orders over $150 ship free; smaller orders ship for a flat $7.99 via USPS. For an update on a specific order, email orders@fvrhrt.com with your order number.

You receive a tracking number by email once your label is created. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the status to update. Still stuck? Email orders@fvrhrt.com.

Yes, as long as the order has not shipped or started production. Email orders@fvrhrt.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Email support@fvrhrt.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. A team member arranges a replacement or refund, and you do not need to send anything back first.

Because every product is handmade and a personal-care item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind once an order has shipped. See our Returns and Refunds page for the details.

Card and PayPal refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Zelle refunds are sent manually and confirmed with you directly.
