Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This covers your orders and contact details, messages you sent us by email, text, chat, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, and your text-message consent.

How to ask

Email info@fvrhrt.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us the name and email address or mobile number you used, and, if you messaged us on Facebook or Instagram, the name of that account. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we delete anything.

What happens next

• We confirm your request within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days.
• We delete or anonymise your personal information, including your messages and text consent.
• We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as order and tax records, and we tell you what that is.

Facebook and Instagram

If you signed in with or messaged us through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove our access in that app's settings. Deleting the information we hold about you still needs a request to us, as described above.
