ForeverHeart Beauty (“we”, “us”) makes handmade skincare and sells it at fvrhrt.com and through other marketplaces. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not store your full card number. Payments are handled by the payment providers named below.
To take and fulfil your order, ship it, tell you where it is, answer your questions, prevent fraud, keep our records and accounts, and improve the shop. If you subscribe to our updates, we use your email to send them, and you can unsubscribe in any message.
If you tick the box at checkout, we text you about your order (shipping and delivery updates) and reply to texts you send us. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. We use your mobile number only for this purpose. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or text-messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Only with service providers who help us run the shop, and only as needed to do their job: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square), shipping and label providers (such as Shippo and the carriers), our email and text-message delivery providers (including Twilio), our hosting and database providers, and the provider behind our website chat assistant. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We use a small first-party cookie to recognise a returning browser without knowing who you are, and your browser's storage for your cart and wishlist. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site. Payment providers may set their own cookies on their payment forms.
We keep order and accounting records for as long as the law and our business needs require, and other information only as long as it is useful. You can ask us to delete what we are not required to keep.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, and you can opt out of emails (use the unsubscribe link) and texts (reply STOP) at any time. To have your information deleted, see Data Deletion. Email us at info@fvrhrt.com. If you are in a state that gives you additional privacy rights, we honor them.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We use encryption in transit, restrict access to customer information to the people who need it, and encrypt stored account credentials. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.
